Did you know that by signing a one year or 14 month lease at a Champion community, you are automatically enrolled in our Home Purchase Program?

What that means is, if you use a Champion Real Estate Services agent when buying your new home, you get refunded one month’s rent for each one year leasing term you complete under Champion’s management, up to two years.

So, a one year lease under Champion’s management = one month’s rent, and a two year lease = two month’s rent. Certain conditions apply.

This refund will be made within 30 days of closing to help ease the burden of the down payment on your home. But that isn’t the only reason a Champion agent will be an asset to your home search.
