“The entire staff is so friendly and great to talk with. The amenities are amazing from the resort-style heated pool to the fantastic gym. As well as the events they do monthly. My children love the free hot chocolate and I love my free Starbucks coffee walking out the door every morning. I love that the place is secured especially the pool area. No one can get in or out without a key which is added security for my kids.”

“We recently moved to Columbus from out of state, and after looking at several properties online, we chose Caldera House and signed a lease sight unseen. We have not been disappointed! The property is clean and modern, large kitchen and bedrooms and great storage in the apartment. We use the gym daily, and take advantage of the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby every morning (on-demand, fresh-brewed). Have not yet used the pool or fire pit, but the area is open year-round – another nice feature. We also recently obtained an indoor garage space for an additional monthly charge – perfect timing right before the snowy season. The office staff are terrific! Meredith and Tyler are attentive and responsive and know us on a first-name basis. Great property! “
