Everyone who works here is beyond caring and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that you truly feel at home. Maintenance is quick with their responses and to get the job done. Neighbors are all respectful and wave hello when you go by. We have loved living here and would recommend it to anyone!!”

“After searching for apartments around Columbus and feeling hopeless. I’m so glad that I met Molly at Lake Club at Polaris. She made my roommate and I feel welcomed and cared for. She listen to all our concerns and said all the right things. The application process was smooth did not feel it was a hassle. We were even smiling and laughing the whole time. She explain things and walked us through the leasing process. Molly is very knowledgeable she even gave us a discount on the application fee because I worked at Costco. She even said if all goes well we can get approved on the same day and we did!! If it wasn’t for Molly I probably would’ve still been living in hotels. Thank you Molly for the positive experience!!!”

The property is always clean and quiet and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable All maintenance requests have been fully resolved within 24 hours. The Luxer package system is WONDERFUL, far better than the traditional ‘in the office’ system for delivered packages. Very satisfied with my decision to move in here! “
