“Grand at Polaris is a place I fell in love at first sight when I was apartment hunting 2.5 years ago. This place is very clean, stylish, and well kept with everything you need from free coffee, beautiful pool, a movie theater, to a dog park to accommodate animal lovers. Grand at Polaris is in a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat and shop at the Polaris Mall. The great part of living here is the STAFF. All staff are always friendly from the Leasing Office to maintenance people. They have a great attitude towards everyone and are always willing to help. Let me not forget to mention the 24 hours emergency maintenance line where you can call any time of the day if you encounter a maintenance issue. I have a lot to say about this place because I genuinely love it. My kids enjoy going to Olentangy District Local Schools so yes, the school district is super too! I always say I will move out of this community the day I buy a house …. As of now, I am happy and feel peaceful where I am 🙂“
