Do you allow pets at Champion communities?: Absolutely! All Champion communities are pet friendly.

Do you have breed restrictions?: Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Akitas, Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes. The restrictions also apply to mixed breed dogs with the same physical and behavioral characteristics.

How many pets can I have in my apartment?: Residents are allowed no more than 3 pets per apartment; a maximum of 2 dogs, and a maximum combined weight of 80 lbs. All pets should be spayed or neutered. Also, fish tanks are permitted on the first floor of apartment buildings only and must be under 40 gallons.

What are the fees associated with having pets in the community?: Before move-in, a non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required. Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet (for cats and dogs).

Do you have pet waste stations in the community for cleaning up after pets?: Yes, we have many pet waste stations located in green areas across all Champion communities. The pet waste stations are cleaned and bags are replenished frequently by our maintenance staff.

Are registered emotional support animals allowed in the community?: Yes, registered emotional support animals are allowed in the community with proper documentation from a licensed physician.
