Multi-family firm is recognized as a top management company in SatisFacts and J Turner Reports

COLUMBUS, Ohio (Feb. 4, 2021) – The Champion Companies, a leading multi-family investment, development and management firm in Central Ohio, ranked as a top management company on two national lists measuring apartment communities’ online reputations.

Champion ranked 18th in SatisFacts’ Top 100 Management Companies with 10-24 Communities and was given an A rating for its Positive Resident Experience. Powered by SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings’ data, the biannual report, released on Jan. 21, evaluates then ranks management companies on their resident experience, using online reviews.

The multi-family company also had five communities rank in J Turner Research’s seventh annual Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking of properties released on Jan. 26. The list ranked the top 1,303 properties nationwide for positive online reputation based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores. Champion’s Copley Park, Stafford House, Grand at Polaris, Peyton Park and Overland Park communities were recognized.

The Champion Companies was the only Central Ohio firm of its portfolio size represented on both lists.
