Our newest property The Gardens at Easton, is in need of a little TLC and updates and we are excited to have begun a large-scale renovation project on the community that will not only make it more desirable to those looking for an apartment home in the Easton area, but also give all current residents the opportunity to live in a fresh, fully-updated apartment.

Once our renovations are completed, all 1,064 apartments will eventually have the following upgrades:

And that’s just the interior work! Our plans include new shutters, painting of doors and trim, new roofs, new windows and paving of the lots, and renovating the Clubhouse as well!
