Champion Named a Top Workplace of 2014

Westerville, Ohio — Champion Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of the Columbus CEO Magazine and 10TV Top Workplaces.

Of the 856 companies that participated, 50 were selected and then broken down into three categories: Large, Midsize, and Small Organizations. Champion landed in the No. 20 spot in the Top 25 Small Organizations category (124 employees or fewer), as it only had 63 employees in October at the time of the selections. Champion has since grown to 73 employees.

“The hard work of our team members is what has made Champion what it is today, the No. 5 fastest-growing private company in Central Ohio,” said Brian Yeager, Champion’s president and CEO. “It is gratifying to learn through their positive feedback, that they also believe we are one of the top places to work in the region.”

Founded in 2010 by Yeager and his sister, Michelle Yeager-Thornton, Champion is the youngest company out of all Top 50 honorees.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

Columbus CEO Magazine published the complete list of Top Workplaces in its May 2014 issue and, along with WBNS-10TV, honored the Top 50 companies in an awards reception at COSI Center for Science and Industry on April 22.
