In order to make our apartments feel like a community instead of just a place to live, we think it’s important to take a step back every once in a while and check-in with our residents about their values and what gives them a positive living experience.

Last week we ran a survey asking which community policies were the most important to our residents. The results were not surprising and we think they show that not only is a positive community experience a group effort, but also that we are all working toward pretty similar goals!
