We are constantly planning fun events for our residents! Stay up to date on our resident events with ease using the app. Events will be added to a calendar that will provide you with all information and details you need about the event. Some events require an RSVP, so check back often to make sure you don’t miss out on the excitement!

From special announcements to bulletin board posts from neighbors, you can easily keep up with all the community information you need to know, right in the Live with Champion mobile app.

Maintenance Requests
Having a hard time explaining what maintenance service you need? The app allows you to include photos and audio recordings in your requests to better assist our team with providing you a solution to your maintenance request. Search for Live with Champion in your iOS or Android App Store to find the app.
Sign In or Sign Up
After downloading, either sign in with your existing resident account email and password or sign up for an account, using your email address and unique resident tcode. Call your community manager for information about your tcode.
Paying Rent Through The App
Pay each month or set up auto-pay from a credit card or bank account.

*Please note electronic payment processing fees are as follows:
ACH Payments: Payments processed electronically with a bank account and routing number will not incur any additional fees.
Credit Cards: Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.95%.
Debit Cards: Debit card transactions are charged a flat fee based on the amount of the transaction.
$0-$1000 is subject to a $3.95 processing fee per transaction
$1001-$2000 is subject to a $4.95 processing fee per transaction
$2001+is subject to a $9.95 processing fee per transaction
