Several of our communities combine traditional apartment amenities with some unique forward-looking features that add convenience to your everyday life.
Luxer Package Lockers:
Great news! If your community has Luxer One, you have access to the Luxer Locker System! You can pick up your packages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All your packages will be securely stored in the convenient Luxer One system, located across from the mailboxes.
When your package is delivered, you will receive a notification with a one-time access code.
Enter the code at the Luxer One touchscreen to pick up your package.

EV Car Charging Stations
Charge your electric vehicle at one of our three EV charging stations!
Oak Creek, in partnership with SMRT COLUMBUS and AEP Ohio, have installed three, state-of-the-art, electric vehicle charging stations in the community.
These charging stations are designated for EV parking only.
